Yoshimura to this day believes everything we do revolves around building fast machines and winning races. Who doesn't like to win? How do you explain that awesome feeling that racing gives you? Hearing the finely tuned racing engine at full-bore, music to our ears. When it comes to racing and winning there is now cost considerations or scrimping on materials. If you want to be the best you must have the best.

Yoshimura is so serious about Research and Development that they built a completely separate facility dedicated to nothing but R&D. Never Losing Focus. Yoshimuras R&D technicians continually raise the bar on what the definition of a pipe can be. The Yoshimura design process is simple and has never varied since the beginning of the company: Make the best parts possible, and never compromise. Although Yoshimura started as an engine building shop, selling exhaust pipes quickly became the dominant element of the business. The reason is simple, an engines ability to make power is largely determined by how quickly it can exhaust spent gasses. Initially this was simply a matter of making a larger diameter header with a small (and loud) muffler! Today, Yoshimura has invested millions of dollars in manufacturing equipment to keep up with this advancing technology. Tubes used to be cut with a hack-saw and bent by hand over a torch. Today, CNC cut-off saws cut pipe to length while multi-level CNC tube benders shape pipes to exacting tolerances.

The R-77D system is a Trapezoidal Shape with maximized muffler volume. Is a Dual-Outlet Carbon Fiber or Stainless Steel End-cap that comes in either Stainless, Titanium or Carbon Fiber. The R-77D is a dual-outlet version of the race-proven R-77. The R-77D boasts a carbon fiber cone end-cap dual outlet turndown. The R-77D requires no inserts or restrictions, increasing muffler packing life, and provides 5% more open exhaust outlet area and as much as 3 decibels lower sound output (compared to open standard R77). The R-77D also offers greater gains in bottom and mid range power with out restrictive inserts.

The R-77 comes as a slip-on muffler, which attaches simply onto the stock exhaust mounting slip-fit, or on various full Yoshimura exhaust systems. The trapezoidal shape is all business but as racing enhances the breed the result function driven shape makes for a beautiful muffler. The R-77 delivers better performance overall because of the larger volume of packing material available due to its design. Finally, a great sound comes from the R-77 not loud, but throaty. The R-77 features a straight baffle with removable low volume insert. The mufflers front-cap is MIG-welded while the end-cap is riveted using high-end 304-L polished stainless steel rivets and bands. The muffler itself is available in either stainless steel, titanium, or race inspired carbon fiber. The cone end-caps have the option of either a polished stainless steel or carbon fiber.

The R-55 is currently one of Yoshimuras most popular pipes, and for good reason. Its a hybrid of MotoGP, Superbike, and Yoshimura style, which makes for a pretty impressive package. Its asymmetrical shape appeals to the eye and really captures the spirit of MotoGP racing. The R-55 features a straight baffle with removable low-volume insert. The TIG-welded muffler is constructed of high quality 304-L polished stainless steel, and has the option of either a polished 304-L stainless steel or carbon fiber end-cap. The laser cut mounting bracket is TIG-welded to the sleeve for maximum strength and good looks. The R-55 comes as a Slip-On muffler, which attaches simply to the stock exhaust mounting slip-fit, or on select Yoshimura Full systems.

The TRC-D features a beautiful dual outlet, turn down stainless tipped muffler captured by a striking carbon fiber cone cap. The dual taper exhaust manages sound better in both high flow and high power applications. The resultant sound output is music to the ears and lower lap times on the track! The TRC-D features 304-L polished stainless steel MIG welded construction, with stainless, carbon, and titanium muffler sleeve options. The TRC-D comes as a Bolt-on or Slip-on style muffler, attaching simply onto the OEM (stock) exhaust mounting slip-fit or mounting flange or on various full Yoshimura exhaust systems.

The TRC is a race proven exhaust that is second to none, featuring a Tri-oval design, trick cone-shaped end-cap, and an easily removable low-volume insert. The TRC features a straight baffle leading to a cone shaped end-cap. The cap is available in stainless steel or carbon.The muffler itself is available in 304-L polished stainless steel, carbon fiber, and titanium. The titanium sleeve comes with a carbon fiber end-cap. The Tri-oval shaped muffler is capable of installing an optional low-volume insert. The TRC also comes with a laser-etched heel-guard combining style and function.

The TRS is a race-bred muffler that has the clear look and sound of Yoshimura. The TRS is one of our most popular systems and is a reasonably priced alternative to some of our pricier configurations. But dont let the price fool you the TRS gives away nothing in performance and style. The TRS features a straight baffle leading to a single turn down tipped, 304-L Polished stainless steel end cap. The Tri-oval shaped muffler is capable of installing an optional low-volume insert. TRS is available in three different options, 304-L polished stainless, titanium, and carbon fiber. It is also available in high-exit on selected models.

The TRI is a race-bred full exhaust system that was developed in Japan by Fujio Yoshimura. The TRI features a beautiful dual outlet, turn down titanium tipped muffler that features a unique sound that is pleasing to the ears. The dual outlets and overall design of the pipe make the visuals really stand-out with the TRI. Many of our customers feel that the Dual Outlet Tips combined with the Tri-Oval shape are the most eye-catching pipes on the market who are we to argue? The TRI Full Systems features titanium TIG-welded construction, with carbon and titanium muffler sleeve options. High-exit applications are available on selected models.

The RS-3C is a race-bred oval muffler that has the clear look and sound of Yoshimura. The RS-3C is based off one of our most popular systems, the RS-3, and is a reasonably priced alternative to some of our more exotic mufflers. The RS-3C has the classic good looks that a lot of riders prefer, and like all of our pipes, packs a ton of performance. These mufflers feature a straight baffle leading to a single, cone-shaped, carbon fiber end-cap. The RS-3C muffler sleeve options include: polished stainless, titanium, and carbon fiber.

The RS-3 is a race-bred oval muffler that has the clear look and sound of Yoshimura. The RS-3 is one of our most popular systems, and is a reasonably priced alternative to some of our more exotic mufflers. The RS-3 has the classic good looks that a lot of riders prefer, and like all of our pipes, the RS-3 packs a ton of performance into a really cool looking package. These mufflers features a straight baffle leading to a single turn-down tipped, aluminum end cap. The oval shaped muffler is capable of using an optional low-volume Yoshimura insert. The RS-3 muffler sleeve options are: 304-L polished stainless, titanium, and carbon fiber. It is available in high-exit on selected models.

TRC Undertails mufflers are beautiful and really dress up your bike. The small sized mufflers are designed specifically for motorcycles where space is at a premium like the Yamaha R-1 and Ducati 848. Because of the compact design, TRC Undertails are able to tuck in and really fit the look of the machine. In addition to looks the TRC Undertails make great horsepower. You would expect nothing less from Yoshimura. The mufflers are available in Stainless Steel, Titanium, and Carbon Fiber. Available as Slip-on, Full System, and System. TRC Undertails come with low volume insert and Carbon Fiber End-Caps.

Our popular RS-5 undertail trapezoidal shaped muffler is back with an all-new round outlet configuration. The new round outlet gives the already potent muffler even more power plus an updated look that racers love. The RS-5 comes in either Slip-on or Full Exhaust System configurations. RS-5 mufflers include low volume inserts and a trick carbon fiber end cap. Muffler options are available in stainless steel, carbon fiber, or titanium sleeve material.
