All Season 2 Kevlar Jacket - Stratrider   NC Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: Fit well, side straps, Kevlar, wrist srtaps, arm buttons, armour, Kevlar, did not feel binding when riding.
Cons: Heavy but expected, getting used to all the zippers.

I purchased the jacket at closeout price and felt I got a great deal for the bucks. I had purchased a Cycle Gear a good jacket earlier this year and paid nearly as much. This is by far a superior jacket. I really like the CE rated armor and Kevlar protection. I am 6' 195lbs. and ordered the XL according to the other reviews, it was the perfect fit Thanks guys I really liked the Velcro wrist straps, it comes in handy when pulling the tight gauntlet gloves over the sleeves. I really liked the side straps to pull the jacket tighter, it helps to keep out wind flap. I like the length of the jacket, it doesn't give up just before the pant line. I rode 1114 with the All Season 2 Pants see review It was low 30s and ended low 40s. I wore a light turtle neck shirt underneath and could have had something thicker, but was still ok, I was not cold, I do have a windshield. Arm length was comfortable and did not lose any sleeve length when extended, I was seriously unsure of this by ordering online, it was just right. I liked the color and definitely like the reflective piping. I do look forward to warm weather and able to wear it stripped down and still have protection. Reviews gave me the expectation of the jacket being heavy, I am ok with that, because the protection is there if I need it. I would highly recommend this jacket.

Slider all season 2 - j.Daily   Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: Jacket is awesome looking and is made out of vibrant awesome looking material kevlar of coarse Very warm and Very Comfrotable.. Would recommend to everyone. Armor looks killer too. awesome product ..
    Cons: none

This jacket is perfect for the whole season. I've got plenty of commpliments on the jacket the first day..Shipping was fast too. I cant find one thing i dont like on this jacket it is well made and well worth the price. I bought two just cause i like them so much

Great Jacket - CP in Texas   TX Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
    Pros: Everything
    Cons: None

This jacket is great and full of protective armor, but I had to return it because I ride a Honda Trike and didn't need this much protection. Too bad because it was a good fit and a nice jacket for a 2-wheel bike.

Good single jacket for all weather. - Bradbury Bill   CA Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: Can pack light and have all you need for any weather in one jacket
Cons: One zipper came off, but able to fix easily.

Bought the jacket and matching pants for a trip to Europe where we will be traveling in heat, cold and possible rain and snow. This jacket is cool in warm weather with the mesh yet you can add linnings for cold andor wet. I can pack light and have it all covered. Have been wearing the outfit to break it in and has worked perfectly. Have had no rain, but pretty confident it will keep me dry.

Buy this jacket - SLIDERS ALL SEASON JACKET   FL Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: Can be used in all kinds of weather, very worth the cost .
    Cons: none

Buy this jacket Looks hot, plus will keep you covered in all kinds of weather. For the amount of money this jacket is what you need

Great for the price - wilwrk4tls   TN Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: Good fit, summer weight capable, good quality materials
Cons: Sketchy stitching, snaps don't stay snapped

The jacket is very comfortable, is cut well, and the materials appear to be of fine quality for the price paid. The mesh is comfortable even in warm weather and the rain liner works rather well. I can't speak to the thermal liner just yet. I am rather pleased with my purchase. The only cons are that I have trimmed several strings and material excesses and the arm snaps don't want to stay snapped, even after bending the wire to make them tighter.Overall I am very happy with the jacket and would happily buy it again.

Sliders All Season 2 Jacket - Jeffmace   IL Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: flows tons of air, fits well, not baggy
    Cons: little heavy

Much better quality than i expected. Great jacket for the money. Highly recommend this jacket.

It worked better than I expected. Good buy for us.

Sliders All Season Jacket - Ken King   MD Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: Extremely well made, perfect blend of comfort and protection, incredible price
Cons: Sizing is difficult. The jacket runs small, especially if you are using the liners.

I bought my first pair of Sliders pants last year and based upon how well made they were, decided to try the Sliders All Season 2 jacket. I was so surprised at the quality or materials and workmanship that I bought two more jackets as gifts. I am now a Sliders fan and will immediately consider purchasing anything they make. Very impressive the way they blend comfort, protection and style. Then the sale price made it a no-brainer You will not be disappointed. But, order a size larger than you would normally with the liners, they do tend to run small.

Great Jacket - TW   UT Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: VENTILATION, baby Comfortable, looks great
    Cons: None

This jacket fits great according to the sizing guide. It breathes like you aren't wearing a jacket, even in direct sun on the hottest days. It looks great, too. I wish I would have gotten the All-Season 2 pants to go with it. I am 100 satisfied with this purchase. I haven't used it in colder weather, yet, but the liners that came with it feel like they will do a great job of blocking wind and insulating me from the cold.

great cool weather jacket - Tony   WY Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
    Pros: great jacket. great quality.
Cons: this jacket is a little too warm for summer weather.

this is a very nice jacket. The quality is great. would be good for cooler weather but a little too warm for riding during hot weather.

Sliders All Season 2 Jackets - John   KS Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: great fit, good quality, great price
Cons: a bit on the heavy side

I bought one and liked it so much I bought another one for my wife a couple of weeks later.Repeat business is one hallmarks of customer satisfaction. Be safe, -J

A solid product - rg500g   MO Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: touring length, back pocket, armor, liners
    Cons: none

Well made and tailored jacket. No missed seams anywhere. Fabric is good, though passing noticeably less air than Tourmaster which has a larger pore mesh. OTOH I do feel that this mesh is as sturdy if not sturdier, and has a better appearance. Liners are great, and back pad is CE rated, a rarity. I also own the Tourmaster Intake 3.0 jacket, and prefer the Sliders jacket to it. I end up wearing the Sliders jacket and the Tourmaster Venture Air pants. I believe this jacket to be the best option from a price performance standpoint in mesh garments, and on features alone easily equals Teknic, Joe Rocket, Tourmaster, and Olympia.

Harley 01 - Ken B   FL Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
    Pros: Great quality and fit
    Cons: None

    Great jacket for hot weather

Beats Tourmaster - rg500g   Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: rain liner, separate thermal liner, kevlar, stitching quality
Cons: tiny loops for connecting liners, elbow armor needs some beef, elastic straps on snaps

I bought the Tourmaster Airglide 3 jacket, and the Slider product is simply better. The rabbit pouch you get with a 34 length, double front zipper, serious waterproof liner, decent thermo liner, kevlar, and overall materials on par with Tourmaster really place it above Tourmaster, Cortech, Fieldsheer, Cyclegear brand, Joe Rocket, or Teknic. My Tourmaster jacket, new, is now surplus. I'm a 42 jacket with a real 34 waist and a Med is a snug fit with all liners in, but it fits. Large would be blousy. Unlike Tourmaster you get a backpad you can upgrade - it's a standard shape. Armor is sourced at a price and shows the backpad is OK though, surprisingly, but that's a minor upgrade. The loops for mounting the liner need to be redone. They're small elastic loops and fitting the strap through is a royal pain, but that's the worst critique.

A lot for the money - Dave   FL Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
    Pros: Overall quality and appearance.
    Cons: Heavy and somewhat bulky.

I bought this jacket for riding on cooler 60 degree days in Florida. The first thing I did was remove the two liners as the jacket is simply too heavy and bulky with them in. The jacket looks good and fits nicely, although quite snug for a Large I have several other textile jackets in this size and the Sliders is noticably tighter, and very long in the back. I wore it on a 100 mile ride around Daytona on my Concours, and it was quite comfortable. I haven't tried it with either of the liners, but wearing it without them works well for me - until summer comes.

Good jacket - Tom J   SC Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: Fits well and provides excellent protection
Cons: Difficult to remove and replace the liners

As other reviewers have pointed out, it's a bit of a process to remove and replace the two liners, and not easy along the roadside. Best used when the weather will stay in a narrow temperature range. Unlike others I didn't find any problem with the kevlar panels moving. The jacket is well built and fits like a dream. Not much throat protection from the wind but I wear a turtleneck and that solves the issue. You don't need much on underneath to stay warm down to 50 degrees. Haven't had an opportunity to check waterproofness.

Great Jacket at a Great Price - davenay67   IL Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: Great Air Flow, Good build Quality, Nice Price
Cons: Inner liners are a bit fiddly to install

Working on the 80-20 rule, this jacket will spend most of it's time in the pure summer form, which is just the outer mesh layer, and without the ineer rain and insulation liners. In this mode the jacket is light and easy to put on. It flows air as though you were not even wearing a jacket, yet all the time providing A1 protection.I will also be using this jacket in the early winter months, complete with the rain and insulation inner liners. They are bit fiddly to install, to the point where once they are in I will be keeping them in. Not an easy jacket to install and removes the liners every day as the weather changes.I even had the chance to ride with jacket in moderate rain and it let in no water at all.Just be aware that this jacket is styled a sport jacket, which mean that it has a short collar, actually no collar, so I will be needing a neck warmer for sure when the temps drop. This jacket performed flawlessly throughout this year, and excels as a warmhot weather jacket....which is how most of my riding season is.Definitely recommend to others.

Good all around jacket - Jon KS   PA Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: Comfortable, good in most temperatures
    Cons: Pretty heavy, small rip

Overall, I'm happy with this jacket, especially for the price got it for about 120. Has a small rip inside where the left shoulder armor sits so it moves around a little more than it should. Not sure if it was there from the factory because I didn't notice it until I'd had the jacket for a week or so. Between the water resistant and thermal layers I've been comfortable in every temperature that I've ridden in so far, 50 F being the coldest and 90 F the warmest. I'm planning on using it for winter as well and can tell that I'll be needing some additional layers underneath so I don't freeze on the highway.

Nice Jacket for the Money - Steve   AZ Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: Fits well, relatively comfortable, an all season jacket
Cons: Floating pads in the sleeves float too much, back foam pad very uncomfortable

First motorcycle jacket I ever owned so have no basis for comparison. I did end up taking the back pad out see the con as it was so uncomfortable. Easy to do and design of the jacket is such that it is removable. What attracted me to this jacket was a the reviews, b its versatility - use with no liners, rain liner, quilted cold weather liner - all of which seem to zip in and out with relative ease, and c the price. Have had it about a month and like it so far although have not used any of the liners. I might add that, the video description about how cool it is even on a hot day notwithstanding, it is still hot sitting in traffic on a sunny 100 day. I would have ordered the light silver for this reason but it was not available when I placed my order. So far the quality seems to be there. I'm impressed with the little touches like the retention for the liners inside the shell sleeve, the adjusting straps on the sides, and the adjusting snaps on the sleeve. And, of course, the ability to remove that back pad.I'll make mention of the sizing. They run small. I'm 6', 200 lbs and wear either a 44L or a 46R sport coatsuit jacket. I also have a number of outerwear jackets that fit just fine, size L. However, based on my experience with a pair of Sliders All Season 2 pants, I took the reviews to heart and ordered an XL. It is just a bit loose without the liners and a bit snug with the liners. In other words a compromise for a do all jacket.

Great 3 season jacket - Shadow Rider   IL Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: Great air flow as well as protection, comfortable, many adjustment possibilities and pockets everywhere.
Cons: Liners are cumbersome to put in. Zipper is hard to close and zip up.

This jacket exceeded all my hopes for 3 season riding. I've only ridden in warm weather and the air flow is great. I did use the waterproof liner on two cool mornings and it was plenty warm. That liner along with the quilted liner will be plenty adequate for my riding habits which don't include riding December-February. The liner can be a pain to put in so during the time when it goes in and out often, I will not attach it but rather put it on separately until I need it regularly. The only problem I've had is that the main zipper can be a pain to connect. Don't know if that is specific to my jacket or is common on all of them. I have already recommended this jacket to my riding buddies.

It works - Vtwin   CO Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: Flows a lot of air
    Cons: Fit is So So

This jacket is worth the money, the features are very good, the sizing is a little big, the sleeves are a little long, and the back pad is not pre-curved so it is not so comfy for those 400 plus mile days, after 10 minutes you don't feel this jacket, the removable liners 1 rain jacket, 1 light thermal, are very good, but very bulky to store when not in the jacket, as with most utility products it's about compromise, with this jacket the protection does not appear to be compromised at all, not the best mesh jacket I have ever owned, but it's up there.

Great gear - Tom   NY Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
    Pros: Fits as advertised
    Cons: none

Coat fits as advertised keeps out the rain cool as riding without coat at all

Slider Allseason 2 - ktmking   Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
    Pros: Good Protection
    Cons: Fit

I am 6 ft 190. 32 waist, athletic build. Normal dress shirt is 16, 3435. I ordered the Large jacket based on other reviews. With all the liners in, the jacket fit about right in shoulder and chest, with sleeves being a little long. However with the liners out the jacket is a pretty big on me. The shoulders are too wide and sleeves too long, allowing pads to get out of position. I will try to add some stitching to adjust the pads to proper positioning. I probably should have gone with a medium as I will normally just wear the mesh with a rain overcoat. If you don't normally plan to wear all the layers, I would recommend a medium for someone of similar size. The jacket looks nice a flows a decent amount of air. The back pad does seem to make it pretty hot though. It is a large thick foam pad that blocks a lot of airflow and causes a lot of sweat. I will leave it in or upgrade as I want the protecion. The zippers seem to work good, although the main one catches on the chest pockets every time near sliders logo. There is a thicker piece of material there and it takes a little wiggle to get it to pass over. Not a big deal once you are used to it.Overall I think its good protection for the money. The jacket seem pretty warm with both liners in, but haven't tested it in cold. It flows a reasonable amount of air for the amount of protection it offers, but some others should flow more. Good buy for the price.

sliders allseason 2 - bob   WY Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: works well over a wide range of temperatures.
    Cons: very heavy coat.

i am currently on a ride thru the colorado rockies and have experienced temps ranging from 45 to 90degrees and have remained comfortable by adding or removing the differant liners.jacket runs a bitsmall with both liners installed so i would suggest one size larger.

great jacket except for size on me - clb2687   VA Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: Lots of protective armor, good air flow in warm weather
Cons: I'm a small person so it is rather big especially in the arm length.

I wanted the red one but the only color available was the silver. Shipping was incredibly fast. I ordered it on Tuesday and had it on my doorstep the next day. I really wish they made x-small sizes in mens. I'm a rather small women but I really don't like wearing womens jackets cause they're just not as comfortable. Honestly, I probably should have returned it but I had already taken it for a test ride. Overall, it is a very nice jacket, just rather large on me.

Overall good product wmild caveats - rg500g   Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: 34 length, kevlar, back protector, materials
Cons: no internal pockets in rainwind liner

At the price it's a great value competing directly with Tourmaster mesh jacket. It beats Tourmaster in terms of protection armor and is on par regarding materials and overall assembly. The Tourmaster's windrain liner is better thought out though, for it replicates the internal pockets in the mesh lining that are covered with the liner. The sliders liner has no internal pockets, so you lose significant internal storage with the liner in. Contrary to what the ad copy says, the Sliders jacket's chest pockets the pockets accessed under the black stripe across the chest are NOT waterproof. They're mesh in order to maintain airflow. Likewise, the pouch is not waterproof, which is a pity as its impact on cooling is considerably less.

Nice jacket, a little big - Apbronso   FL Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
    Pros: Quality, features, adaptability
    Cons: Sizing is off, heavy

Upon receiving the jacket, the first thing noticed was the quality and the number of features. With the thermal liner and the windwaterproof liner, the configurations and versatility of this jacket are amazing. It is truly an all season jacket for the southern states. It could easily cover all four seasons, including winter in Florida, where I live. The only negative was the sizing. I ordered a medium which is what all my other riding jackets have been. When I put on this jacket, it was huge, especially when trying to wear it without the liners and just using it as a mesh jacket. For this reason, I had to return it. Unfortunately, they did not have any small jackets for the same price at the time so I ordered something else. If a small had been available, I definitely would have kept it

Good jacket....but heavy and bulky - pch250ceeb   CA Recommended by Reviewer: No
Pros: mesh jacket with lots of padding
    Cons: heavy

Pretty descent jacket....I havent tested in a low side situation, the padding seems enough that it wilkvhelp....the jacket is heavy though...and a little warm for a mesh jacket. Maybe I ride without this jacket on because its so hot...the size was true to form I wear a medium and it was fine...all in all...u get what u pay for

Decent jacket - if quality control was in place - James   CA Recommended by Reviewer: No
Pros: Excelle protective materials, variable fit
Cons: Questionable quality control means you don't know what might fail

I've been using this jacket for several weeks now in highly variable LA weather. It's good enough, but I'd consider spending a little more next time and getting something that was much better.Summary laborious liner attachment design and low collar coupled with poor quality control mean I'm generally not impressed with a jacket that otherwise feels sturdy, heavy, and protective.Quality control liners attach to their outer layer via a loop and snap system - but the elastic they loop through may or may not be big enough to easily accommodate the loop. I first ordered a small but it was too small, and that's where I noticed its loop system made it nearly impossible to attach at one of the hooks. The medium I received in exchange was better they all fit, but still tight. This means it can take 5 or more minutes to attach a liner I've used another jacket where it took me less than 60 seconds to zip in or out. Also yeah, the zipper grabs are just glued around the zipper tabs themselves expect them to come off within a few uses. You can glue them back on your self. Zippers are YKK zippers, but one of the zipper tabs on mine came off completely within a few uses of the wind block lining. This isn't to say every jacket will have these issues mine did, and it reflects poorly on what they're willing to ship from the factory.Temperature The wind lining does its job well. The collar of the jacket is fairly low despite what the picture looks like, so plan on using some kind of additional neck wind blocker if it's cooler out. The internal thermal liner works well too apart from taking so long to attach in or out, allowing me to ride in very cool night weather. You'll still need additional layers if it's really cool out less than 59 degrees F. By itself, the mesh jacket allows plenty of airflow on warmer days - really nice.Minor annoyance as others have mentioned, the mesh jacket has internal pockets, and the thermal liner does too, but not the wind blocker, which is the waterproof layer. Fit it's okay. At 5'9 and 155 lbs. I'm not a big guy, but the small was just a little too tight for comfort. Stepping up to the medium was a big step up - it's a little big on me now, but more tolerable than having everything too tight.Weight the jacket with the armor is pretty heavy. In warmer weather, if you have a way to not carry it around with you when you've stopped riding, you'll probably be grateful.

POOR QUALITY - Brad   GA Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: no idea. didn't get to ride with it
    Cons: both Zippers were DOA

I was excited to get a Sliders jacket after loving their Jeans and Khakis. on arrival, threw it on and zipped up inner liner. Zipper came off in my hand. put it back on but realized you couldn't zip it all the way up or it would come off. Next tried the outer zipper, came up 23rds of the way and came off. Can't say if a replacement would be the same, but I am not willing to risk it

Too heavy and complicated - jgirata   CA Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: High quality construction, substantial protection
Cons: Weight, difficulty installing and removing liners

I bought this as a supplement to my Tourmaster Jett 3 to use in summer on warmer days. As soon as I opened the package from CA I was amazed by how heavy the jacket was. I removed the liners, thinking they were the cause of the substantial weight and still found the jacket way too heavy to be a comfortable summer jacket.
