Great low-price gauntlet - VFRDave   Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: Good fit, very comfortable, good summer glove, palm slider
Cons: touch screen stitching on fingers doesn't work at all

For under 100, there's not much to complain about with these gloves. Fit was surprisingly good when real break-in needed to improve comfort. I wish they had the better Knox dual palm sliders, but at least they have something, and you don't notice it while riding. I wouldn't call them a true hot weather glove, but they're good for most summer riding with some perforated leather and knuckle vents. I have over 10,000 miles of canyon carving on these, and they still look good. I already plan on getting another pair as soon as these show any signs of real wear or damage.

Good buy for a leather glove - GLCSD   CA Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: Good construction, made from leather, good ventilation, hard parts provide good protection
    Cons: Runs small in sizing

I purchased this glove from Competition Accessories when it went on sale as I wanted a shorty glove in leather for our fall riding here in California. The glove is well put together and looks quality. The hard parts look as if they would provide protection when and if it is needed........Also appreciated are the exterior seams, they add to the overall comfort level.I'd consider this a warmer weather spring, summer, fall glove as it has nice venting. Being a California rider this works great in our environment and was a factor in my purchase decision. It also looks very good.A note on sizing I run to the smaller side of Large usually. Thus I ordered a large size. These gloves are tight on my hands, they will probably break-in after a spell but it could be that you should consider ordering a size up....I can't say this with certainty as I personally haven't tried the XL over the Large but I'd consider it.....All in all a good glove at a great price point.

Nice, lite weight gloves - bnhender   TX Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
    Pros: lightweight, nice padding
    Cons: not touchscreen compatible

These are nice, lightweight gloves with surprisingly good padding. They Velcro closure are ripping up the fingers a bit and I wish they were compatible with a touchscreen phone, but they are comfortable.

Fly got it right - Boondocker   NV Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
    Pros: good features and protection
    Cons: some weak construction elements

One look at the full page, back cover advertisement on some motorcycle magazines told me that this glove ticked all my feature check boxes. The price is competitive compared to top brands, so the question is - can the quality make the price a real valueFeaturesProtection - abrasion and impact resistance, wrist coverage, flexibility and feel, ventilation. That's a lot to ask for in one glove.Pros- The Fly Racing FL2 Gauntlet Gloves have all those features and double wrist closures for security. - The gauntlet tucks in tight enough to fit easily inside the sleeve cuffs of adventure style jackets. - Venting big plus for the venting, better than expected for a gauntlet gloveFit- I typically wear a size large and these fit well in size large. They are snug at first, but this is expected in a leather-based glove They are beginning to form nicely after about 20 hours of riding.- Palm slider. There is a hard plastic puck on the lower, outside edge of the palm. This is a natural contact point in a fall, so the placement has protection advantages. However, I find the puck too tall so that it interferes with my hand grip, effectively increasing bar sweep when I've installed straighter bars to minimize sweep. In fairness, I get used to it in about 10 minutes.Cons- Construction There are some loose or uncut threads around the finger tips. Some concern here because this is such a high-wear area.- The hard knuckle protectors are a standard feature now days. Problem here is that the perforated leather stretches tightly over the sharp edge of the knuckle protector plate and I'm afraid the leather will fatigue it this point.OverallI hope these hold up well over time because I really like the features and fit. I have 6 years on my Revit Monster gloves for the same price, so the bar is set high.

good product - Andy   AR Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
    Pros: colorful and comfortable fit
    Cons: [None]

nice comfortable fit and a nice arrangement of colors without looking weird.

This review is for Fly Racing Switch MX Gloves - 2013
Fly Racing Switch MX Gloves - CRF Rider   VA Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
    Pros: good feel, nice looking
Cons: velcro wrist strap a little short, needs a liner

I like the gloves, over all. Got a little chilly in 55 degree riding. I have thick wrists and the velcro strap needs a little more length. Great deal for the price.

Well built gloves - MVCost   CA Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
    Pros: Well made, thick leather.
Cons: Some seams at fingertips uncomfortable

I purchased the non-perforated version and they are very good quality. A little extra padding where it's needed. Construction and materials are above average and the gloves were a good value. The velcro cuff works well and they are breaking in quite nicely.
