The Cortech Vice riding shoes combine a waterproof HiPora membrane, molded ankle guards, and reflective trim in a riding shoe that is just as comfortable off the bike as it is on. The lace up front of the Cortech Vice Shoes means you get a nice snug fit, just be sure to tuck those laces out of the way so they don't get snagged on anything. The water resistant leather and canvas upper keeps the Cortech Vice Boots low in weight, so you won't feel like you are clunking around when you have to do some walking. Obviously the style is the biggest thing the Cortech Vice Shoes have going for them, with that classic hi-top sneaker look, nobody will know you are actually wearing waterproof, protective motorcycle boots.

Good shoe - Mike NE
Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: Cheap, light, decent looking
Cons: The ankle protectors take some breaking in.
Like any protective product, they either sacrifice protection or comfort. These are a good balance. I don't worry about my feet, and once they are broken in they are comfortable to walk in as well.
Not too Bad - chance4music TX
Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: Comfortable After Broken In, Stylish, Safety Features and Protection
Cons: Mine has soles that came apart on back heel
It's a great pair of shoes....I may have snagged a defective pair because after the second or third day of breaking them in the left heel is starting to come apart below the Cortech logo. I'll probably take them to a shoe repair guy here in Houston that I trust, to make sure it doesn't happen twice. But Cortech has a warranty so if you get them and they have problems, Cortech will fix them or send you a new pair so all in all Not too Bad at all.
Hmmm... - Cool

Pros: Didn't try them
Cons: The look...
Frankly, I'm not a big fan of the look. It's a cross between a converse sneaker and a riding boot. When I head to ride my bike, the last thing I want is to ruin my cool by looking like I'm about to wrestle with the Iron Sheik
