I first ordered a medium, and I've never needed a large helmet before, but the medium seemed to sit on top of my head. The large seems a little looser than I'd like, but it's okay.Other than that, I'm extremely pleased and expect to have this helmet for several years. Many full-face helmets seem to be designed to flow air both around and through when you're in a sportbike-tuck. This one has good ventilation, and also flows through the airstream, very well, even though I sit upright on a standard-ergo bike.It seems lighter than the Icon Alliance I've been using for years, and the peripheral vision is better as well.The top vent is a bit hard to move even when I'm not wearing it. the chinbar vent operates from inside and is very easy to use.I bought it largely because it seemed like such a bargain... a carbon fiber helmet for 125 The result is that I am truly pleased with it.

Overall, this is a knockout helmet at this price. I agree with the zero buffeting at speed. I did a 75 mile round trip at highway speed and in the open wind provided by my Ninja 250, I felt no buffeting at all. This helmet is a no brainer. Worn with earplugs, it is just about perfect. All I want to add is a dark shield if I can find one.

Anyone who wants a carbon helmet and does not buy one of these has screwed up. I probably own 30 helmets, icons, sharks, kbc, hjc, xpeed, m2r, I have them all. Bang for the buck this is one of the best deals I have seen. If you don't buy one of these you made a tragic mistake, this is as good a carbon as you will find at a pittance. Get it one size smaller it runs a tiny bit large per the sizing chart.

I have no issues with this helmet when riding in town. However, when I ride out on the interstate it becomes rather annoying. No matter how much I tighten the chin strap it is still loose feels like it is pulling off my head at speeds above 75 mph. I'd also suggest you ride with headphones or earplugs because the wind noise gets loud.
