It's a excellent value. I've had it for a month now and it works great. The heated collar keeps your neck nice ad warm. It puts out enough heat the keep my face shield from fogging up too. It heats up instantly, as fast as turning on a light in your house. Med setting was all I need in 27 degree morning. Also the fit is true, so order the same size as your T-shirt. It is more effective when it fits snug.
One thing that I would like to mention, although the ad do not show or mention it, it will come with it;s own heat troller.

This is the first and only heated gear that I've ever owned so I cannot compare it to anything else. The liner fits a little tight, but I quickly discovered that's the way it's supposed to fit. The liner needs to be pressed up against you for it to be affective I believe this is true for all heated gear. The controller is very simple to use. No knobs to turn. Power onoff & the four heat settings are all controlled by one push button. There are LED lights that let's you know if it's turned on and the heat level. I've only had to wear it two times now. The first time the temperature was 36F and it kept me toasty on the medium setting. I ride a Honda ST1300 which offers great wind protection so results may very depending on ambient temperatures and wind blockage. One small thing that messes with my head is the fact that the zipper is backwards. The moveable part is on the left. At first I thought I had a women's liner, but all the photo's and video's I saw showed the same thing. Not a big deal but just be aware of it.
