New Pivot 3 - Phil S PA
Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: Fit, ventilation, pockets, price.
Cons: None
Replaced an older leather jacket with this one. Couldn't be more pleased with the fit and features of this textile jacket. Removeable armor a plus and the versatile ventilation system is excellent. Not the first time I receive above average product and service from Competition Accessories. Jacket arrived in a few days and the price was incredible.
Very nice jacket - Rick144 GA
Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: Not as heavy or as expensive as leather, but very durable. Great price
Cons: Hook and loop closures for wrists.
This is a very well designed jacket. They thought of everything when they created this one. I put my leather coat in mothballs after I got this one. Pockets and vents where you need them. The jacket is heavy duty and warm enough for cold temps, but has removable lining and lots of vents for warm weather. You can really seal this up against wind. I haven't ridden with it in the rain, but I bet it performs well there too. The only complaint I can think of it that the hook and loop straps at the wrists could be a little longer to suit me. For the price, this jacket wows me I think it is great.
My Pivot 3 - Goodrich Guy AL

Pros: Excellent Quality-Great Fit
Cons: Like most armored jackets, this one is heavy.
I bought one of these Pivot 3 jackets when they were on sale. I'm a big guy 6'2 270#. I ordered the 3XL and it fits like a glove. I've worn it in 40 degree weather with the liner in, and in 78 degree weather with the liner out and the vents open. I'm very pleased with the performance and comfort of this jacket. I had heard that Tourmaster makes some good products. This is my first Tourmaster product and NOT my last. It's very well made.
Tourmaster Pivot 3 Jacket - Scott Brown CA
Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: Its a very well made jacket with lots of pockets, air vents and adjustability.
Cons: [None]
I bought this jacket to replace an old Power Trip size 46 textile jacket that never really fit me that great, especially with the zip out liner removed which made it even a looser fit. So when I put on the Pivot 3 in size 46 it fit me perfectly, with or without the liner, and I love the looks of it compared to my old jacket. .
GREAT - Cafox CA

Pros: Comfortable, lots of pockets, good mid weight jacket, stylish, and afordable.
Cons: NA
This jacket is what I wanted. It is good for those days when it is 65 to 70 deg and you need a mid weight jacket. If it does get to hot, you can always take the liner out. I like all the extra pockets, it looks like it cost more than it does. I am a surely Tourmaster fan now.

GREAT VALUE - Robert
Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: Stylish but not overly so, outstanding quality, heavyweight construction, pockets galore and great fit
Cons: None really...
This jacket is the best value I found in a motorcycle jacket... I'm was looking for something that looks stylish but is not gaudy, has the right form and function. This jacket meets all of my requirements and more I think I might be buying my wife one as she's jealous with how good it looks
Pivot jacket - Omar VT
Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: Fit, warmth, quality
Cons: none so far
The pivot fits me very well as have other Tourmater products, I'm 5'11, 195 pounds and the XL fits just right. I've only worn it a few time but is very warm for cool mornings riding in VT and MA. The sleeve cuff wraps snugly with velcro and is easy to adjust as are the waist straps. Zippers all work well although I haven't really used the vents as yet. Lots of roomy pockets. Only item i would change is the neck opening is a bit large and allows air in but nothing a bandana or neck turtle can't cover. All in all a like the jacket alot.
Love it - Bogy VA

Pros: Ton of pockets
Cons: side pocket placement
I've only worn this jacket 4 times since purchased, weather's been just too cold. The fit and finish is excellent, it is Tourmaster after all I'm 5'7 132lbs and ordered a size small. There are a ton of pockets, even the pullout liner has pockets There's a pocket in the left sleeve complete with a clip attached to a cord.Jacket features adjustments on the waste, forearm and biceps so it's easy to dial in the fit, even for a skinny guy like me The material is a little stiff but loosened up nicely after a few rides.Warm I went for a nice 3 hour ride in low 40 degree temps and did not get cold. With the liner removed the venting system works good, I could REALLY feel the 40 degree cold air rushing in However, I don't think I'll be wearing this once the temps go above 80 degrees. Not sure how waterproof this jacket is as I've yet to get caught in the rain but based on past experiences with jackets of this type, non dedicated removable rain liners, they tend to be more rain resistant than waterproof. Here's my one and only complaint the side pockets. If you look close at the picture you'll notice the chest vent zippers go almost to the bottom of the jacket. Because of this the side pockets are shifted further toward the rear of the jacket, this makes getting into those pockets unintuitive and just down right difficult. This by no means is a deal breaker Just something I'll have to get used to.Ok, so why the 4 stars Well, I never give a jacket 5 stars because I really can't rate a jacket on all points, especially safety, unless bad things happen. you all know what I mean I actually went down 2 years ago while wearing a Joe Rocket mesh jacket, I walked away from that 70mph slide, that jacket received 5 stars because I was able to rate it's safety features.I'm sure this jacket will perform if the need arises, Tourmaster has been making jackets for decades and I've known several people who have gone down while wearing this brand and all walked away with out a scratch to the upper body. Bottom line Buy it, you'll love it and at this price point you'd be silly not to
