This item is a Must if you ride great distances or commute. It's great to loosen your grip on the throttle and give your fingers a quick little rest from time to time. It also help reduce hand and finger fatigue on a long ride or when you need to rest your hand for a moment. All you have to do is rest your palm on the Paddle to maintain your speed for any length of time you desire.At first it's a little awkward to use it or get the feeling of it's presence. After several rides you get the Hang of its use and presence. Finding the Sweat Spot where it works for you is a little tricky and requires some playing around with. Once you find your Sweat Spot it gets either bumped or messed with by someone else. Then you have to find that spot again, it can be annoying at times.
