You only get one strip - NachoOxford CA
Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: Same as shops use.
Cons: None
Pic shows six 6 strips... but you only get one 1 strip. Love the weights, and they're at a great price, but you gotta figure that they're not selling six strips of them for that price.
14 oz, 12 square - GA FJR GA
Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: small surface area
Cons: na
The smaller 12 square size makes them ideal for wheels with a small or narrow, flat mounting surface most front wheels. Able to position up against the wheel centerline rib, unlike the larger 34 weights.
Sticky little buggers - Steve SC
Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: Strong adhesive. Stays on rim
Cons: Hard to clean off when taking off
I've been changing my on tires on my bike for the past 6 years and have changed approxiamately 30 tires in that time. I've replaced the weights on every tire change. I do not believe that I've ever had a weight fall off. The balancer that I use is a unit that allows the wheel to rotate on low friction rollers. The heavy side of the wheel will rotate to the bottom. I take the old weights that I just took off and use electrical tape to tape them on the rim and move them until the tire is balanced where there is no heavy side of the rim. I then clean a spot on the rim in the same location of the taped on old weights, then stick on the new ones. Remove the taped on ones and you're done.
