I bought these leds to enhance my existing brake light. They fit perfect on my license plate bracket and the chrome look blends in perfectly too. The leds are clear when off, so they blend in with the chrome look and are not an eyesore when off, which I like. I don't recommend using the double-sided foam tape that they come with. I hooked them up according to the instructions however, they only flash when power is on but engine is off. During normal riding, they come on but don't flash. I have yet to figure this out but I will. The instructions give no troubleshooting tips, and neither does the Streetfx website. Flash or no flash, I am still pretty happy with them and they do nicely increase my visibility from behind when I am braking.
