This is a perfect spring thru fall jacket. All the armor falls in place just where they should be. If you have short arms, this jacket is not for you. And the sleeves are a bit snug. I can wear this jacket with a sweatshirt, not enough room for layering, unless it is a vest. I love this jacket and would buy it again. sizing I am 6' and 195 pounds. I normally wear a 42L suit jacket and a 17X36 dress shirt. I bought the XL high-vis.
