I will say the reason for the second star on my review is due to great customer service that I received in dealing with a warranty exchange with this product otherwise it would have been 0 stars at all. I initially purchased the gloves in July '12 by September they had split apart at the fingers and the velcro was no longer hold the gloves closed. I contacted SS and they were happy to ship me out a replacement pair which arrived in a few days. I used the gloves at that point from the end of Sept up til November and they were ripping at the stitching again. I would say if your thinking about these gloves pay the extra money and maybe get a solid leather pair vs the meshleather combo.
