Better fit than Draggin' Jeans, better price - Mrstarzan
Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: Perfect weight of denim and kevlar, knee armor pockets, sits only slightly below waist
Cons: Sizing runs large, check to make sure armor pockets sewn with entrance at bottom not top
My husband and son wear Draggin' Jeans because they are so well made. I, however, cannot get the right fit with them Draggin' jeans, even in women's. These jeans are similarly made but have a much better fit to the female shape. I am 5'7, 155lbs. and I had to get a size 6, Long. Regular probably would have been fine but I do like the fact that there is plenty of length when I sit on my bike. I normally wear a size 10 average length in Levi's.My only complaint is that the pocket for the knee armor on one of the legs was sewn upside down. This made putting in the armor on that leg difficult mostly due to the fact that the mesh overlay prevented easy access. I didn't realize this until the day I needed to have the armor in, so I didn't return them. I think I may just cut an access point at the bottom of the pocket, since there are three velcro strips on each end for optimal placement. I don't always use the armor and the mesh is quite nice. The velcro strips are heavy duty so when your knee is flexed, without the armor, you can see that they are there. Not a big deal to me though. The waist sits just slightly below my waist and provides plenty of coverage when leaned over the bike. I find them to be very comfortable and plan to pick up another pair.
Finally Ladies armored jeans that fit. - Lynn FL

Pros: Come in 3 lengths. Adjustable pocket for knee armor. Great fit.
Cons: None so far.
I'm really short 5'1, with short inseam. Tried many riding pants & most way too long with knee guard down near my shin somewhere. I bought these in the short length and bought the optional knee guard inserts. They fit perfectly and I like that there are 3 different placements for the knee armor. They do run about one size larger but that could be good for layering. I loved them so much I bought a second pair one size smaller and they are very flattering and comfortable. I hope they come out with some cargos for the ladies with the same benefits. Finally Thank you

Pros: Flexible but substantial
Cons: None so far
I'm 5 feet tall, apple shaped and normally wear a 16 short. I ordered a 14 short and they are almost too roomy. The waist sits high on me even in the short which means that women who are not as vertically challenged as me should still have good butt coverage, even on a sport bike, in these jeans. The length is enough so that on my bike with legs up, the jeans still come to the tops of my boots, which I like. Overall, I like these jeans and will likely order another pair but go for yet another size down.
Sliders - SER TN

Pros: Nice fit, stretchy material
Cons: Size was off
I got these for my wife and she really likes them and that isn't easy. The material stretches when you move. She normally wears a reagular in pants but had to send them back for short. Well made and worth the money.
Slider Bella Jeans - Lynn

Pros: Short length great for vertically challenged women. Very comfy.
Cons: None so far
I am only 5' 1 and have a difficult time finding armored riding pants that don't need alteration in relocating the knee protection andor length. These pants are perfect length and the adjustable knee armor pocket is terrific. The Kevlar reinforced area is soft, not stiff like other Kevlar pants I've tried on. They sit true to your waist so you won't have a breeze as with some of the lower cut pants. I would order one size down unless you are going to wear a lot of layers. In Florida I hardly ever need layers. I plan on ordering a second pair and just change out the knee armor. I'm hoping to see other styles for the ladies like cargo & maybe a vented pant for hot weather.
Good fit, true to size - Hollie

Pros: Good Fit, True to size, nice color
Cons: only 1 color, can feel knee armor pockets
Overall they are very nice. The denim is a nice stretch denim with a kevlar backing. The jeans really move well with me and allow me to sit and move without binding. The 6 regular fits me good. I think they might be a little on the shorter side. I am usually between a short and a regular length. The 6 regular was just a little long, but with boots they would work just fine. The short is a little too short for me, but most shorts are.
Great basic jeans with lots of protection - Katie

Pros: thick denim, lots of Kevlar, adjustable pockets for knee armor, comes in 3 lengths
Cons: relaxed fit sizes a bit big
The price is right and I feel well protected in these jeans, they are also comfortable for riding. The fit is loose. LOVE that they come in different lengths, I am too lazy for alterations. The pockets for knee armor are great and they let you adjust the position for the right fit.
Not a curvy fit - Alison MD

Pros: well made
Cons: poor fit
I am 5'4, 130 lbs and normally wear a size 10 or 12 curvy jean. I was hoping the Sliders would fit so that I could put knee armor directly into the pants rather than wearing separate knee armor under my jeans like I do now. Unfortunately, although the hips fit fine, the waist was about 6 inches too big. I was unsure how to choose the stars because there didn't seem to be any construction quality issues, they just didn't fit me. Competition Accessories promptly refunded my money when I returned the jeans.
