I ordered this charger on 9-26-12. it was on back order. I got it on 11-22-12. When I got it I charged my battery and left it on store overnight. I unplugged it to use the outlet on my bench for something else. The next day when I plugged it in it was dead. No lights nothing. I contacted Shorai and they sent me a shipping label on 11-30 and I shipped it to them on 12-3. On 12-18 I sent them a message thur the case report on their web site asking if there was any news yet. On 12-19 I got a email saying I do not have any updated records regarding testing results from your charger. I'll contact our testing technicians and confirm the status on your case. I still have not gotten a response from shorai. They have had my charger for 6 weeks now.
