Great Cruiser Helmet - day3lynn

Pros: Light weight Shoei Construction and Reputation
Cons: Would like a click style chin strap lock
I own several cruiser style helmets HJC Z1R and Nolan. I have just recently purchased the St Cruz in white and love it. It seems not to experience wind buffeting as much as the Nolan...which until now had been my favorite helmet. I have both the Nolan Cruise and Super Cruise, and they are great cruiser style helmets also, but both seem to buffet more than the Shoei St Cruz. It would be nice if the St Cruz had the same type of chin strap lock the Nolan Super Cruise has, but I fixed that with an aftermarket strap lock. It is light weight on the head the visor gives more sunshade than the Nolan and a lot more than the Z1R or HJC. I will warn that the size of the St Cruz runs a little large.

Pros: For me, this helmet is perfect for city cruising. It's easy to take off & fits gym's locker.
Cons: I dont recommend using this biking in free-ways
Perfect and easy get in & off the head I also love that it fits the gym's closet Received it quick. Packed good. Highly recommend the seller.

Very comfortable helmet, the vents help cool in the summer, and the storm curtain keeps the drafts inside the helmet down, keeping your head warmer in cool weather. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is the lack of a security device for the end of the chinstrap, which flaps around in the wind snapping against your neck and chin unless you tuck it in. If you trim it to stop it from flapping, do it with the storm curtain on, or it will be too short to wear with the storm curtain installed.
