The New Shoei GT-Air motorcycle helmet features a new mix of style, sun protection and ventilation. The design features are largely borrowed from the Super popular Shoei Neotec Helmet and it is right at home in this new full face street helmet. The GT Air Helmets unique style incorporates the flexibility of a drop-down sun-visor into the shell of helmet without sacrificing safety or unnecessarily thinning the EPS liner. We believe the Shoei GT-Air will be a welcomed addition to the sport, commuter and sport-touring rider who likes a helmet which comes stock ready for day and night, various riding conditions without the need of purchasing a separate shield. I upgraded my RF1100 for the GT Air. Both helmets are great, but the GT has increased ventilation, better visability and the internal sun visor. The weight is about the same. Very comfortable. Overall, in my opinion, it is the best full face helmet on the market.
