Shadow Air Pro Mesh Jacket - jCar
Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: Mesh does it's job well, plenty of pockets, liner is easy to take in and out.
Cons: fits snug in the body
I purchased this jacket in the spring. I went up a size because others mentioned it was snug in the body. This made the arms a little long but not my much. I have worn the jacket in the hot Georgia summer and can't complain about the breathability. The Hi-Viv orange draws a lot of attention and makes my wife relax a bit too.
Wow. Where do I start. The Shadow Air Pro Mesh compares very well with my Transition2. Both have some heft to them, like a good leather jacket would, and that means more stuff to scrape off before your skin gets there. This jacket has pockets where there should be, including a small pocket at the left breast for the cellular type phones.
The details on the Shadow Air Pro-Mesh are what seals the bargain deal, collar does not chafe, sleeve take-ups make sense, armor is best I've seen!
My riding buddy said,"I've seen that coat before."
But he thought it was my other one.
The Shadow Air Pro Mesh is just as well thought out as my other Touring-type jacket, but meshed out for hot weather.
I want more of Shadows product line available!
This shadow jacket is very good for the money. I could not be more pleased. My only little complaint is the back pad is thick. but I guess that is what you get from true CE back armor. The fit is good and sizing is accurate. I usually were an XL and the XL fit great. I love the Hi-Viz Orange. Now you can see me coming!!

Pros: Well vented for warm weather, Good Quality, Plenty of CE armor.
Cons: Sizes run small
Great jacket for the price 34 length touring style at half the price of a lot of brands out there. The quality and fit and finish is good. HiViz greenyellow looks nice and bright. Mesh is good and seems to be suited well for warm hot weather. Great back pad for protection, could possibly cause heat to trap in your back in hot weather though. Nice removable liner that seems like it could be rain resistant. For the money this is a great jacket. Go up a size though, I had to return the L for an XL. I'm 5' 11 180 and needed an XL. As usual CompACC has the smoothest exchange policy.
Ordered a M and am exchanging it for another jacket because the fit wasn't right. Seemed like a longer, slender fit. I'm 5'8", 167 lb., 31" waist, but the sleeves were too long. Looked like a decently-made, robust jacket and would have likely been pleased if the fit were better.
ordered an extra-large and have to return it It really runs small.
So i paid 12 shipping and 6 fee to return an XL for a XXL and it still does not fit! My suit size is 48 and on the chart an XL should fit..and now an XXL does not fit. I'm already pissed that I paid an extra 18 to return the XL.
CA made it right for me!! Thank you...the size runs small on this. do not follow the chart
