Pros: Convenient, easy interface, good battery life, high quality
Cons: Minor Bluetooth media streaming complaints - see below
I purchased this for my girlfriend and I to ride two-up on my bike and be able to chat listen to music when we ride. I've had the headsets about a month now and have had a chance to test them pretty well.My setupPrimary set paired to Android-based Samsung Galaxy Siii for phone and GPS, iPod Touch for music and secondary unit.Secondary unit paired to iPhone as full-function device for music, phone and GPS paired to primary unit.ProsBattery life I charged these when they arrived in the mail. I ride at least once or twice a week this time of year and nonstop in summer. The batteries are still going strong in both units after a month of mild to moderate riding.Full-Duplex communication I can chat with my passenger easily. There is no 'walkie-talkie' effect of only being able to speak or listen. We can have live conversations easily.Ease of use These really are simple to use. The controls are simple and easy with and without gloves on. Switching between sources and controlling each source is a breeze. Offers playpause, volume, and track advancereturn on bluetooth music is incredible.Voice feedback Sounds insignificant until you use it. If there is an error, it doesn't beep in code at you, it actually TELLS you what error occurred. Also says 'hello' and notifies you as each device connects to it and says 'goodbye' when you turn the headsets off. Truly safe and hands-free notifications.Pauses bluetooth music on interruption If someone intercoms you while you are listening to music from an mp3 player over bluetooth, it pauses the music until you return to that source.Comes with EVERYTHING. Two USB charging cables no AC adapter, two aux-in headphone headsets, clamp-in and stick-on mounts for headsets, both units, and an exceptional user manual.ConsBluetooth music streaming quality with multiple headsets paired When I ride alone, I can listen to music crystal clear from my iPod touch over bluetooth. As soon as it pairs with the second unit which is paired to an iPhone as well I get skips and choppy playback of music through my unit. I don't know if this is due to notifications coming through on the iPhone paired with the second headset or if it is just a glitch, but it can be annoying.NeutralYou do have to read the owner's manual to set it up if you are pairing multiple devices. It is easy, but does take a certain process, especially if you are pairing your smartphone separate from your media device such as an Android phone for callsgps and an iPod with bluetooth for music. The speakers attach to the helmet with velcro backings. This isn't a problem, but something that should be taken note of. If you have a full face helmet not intended for use with a headset unit I personally use an HJC IS-16 you may have some occasional shift in speaker location. You can in theory get the wires for the speakers snagged on your head as you put on take off the helmet, but I bypassed this problem by routing the wiring between the helmet liners and the outer shell of the helmet. The headsets work GREAT in full-face helmets. In a 34 helmet there is some road noise that gets transmitted through the microphone to other headsets. NOTE I have not tested the unit with cell phone use for phone calls.Overall I am VERY happy with my purchase. I think this is a great product and I recommend it to anyone looking for a decent communication headset.

Pros: ease of set up, price, extra hardware
Cons: voice activation recognition
Very nice units that have clear sound. We have issues when trying to call out using voice activation with our iPhone. The iPhone misunderstands our contact commands unless we are going very slow. Easy to operate and install. Also quick and easy updating process.
