This helmet looks great and the air pump ensures a tight fit. Scorpion helmets sizes run larger than normal. So if you're ordering online, I would go and check the fit at a dealer first. The internal shield is great and the anti-fog is great. The air flow is second to none, adequate vents ensure your head stays cool even when stopped. The face shield pops removal process is easy. Overall all the reports show that this is the safest helmet ECE rated for the best value, and I would have to agree.
The helmet is light and much better in my opinion than the EXO1000 that is replaces. The internals I guess are the same, but the helmet is lighter and fits my head better. Also this looks much better in person than it does online.

Pros: Light well vented great features
Cons: too much cold air inside for winter riding.
I've owned an EXO-500 back a few years ago and it was the best fitting helmet for people with very oval heads like mine. This generation ads some nice features like the built in sun shade, but it seems to be a little harder to get on than my old one. Its quite snug around the bottom, but once you have it on it's as comfortable as any helmet I have owned.

Pros: Crystal clear face shield, adaquit drop-down sun shield, good venting, good price
Cons: Noise, forehead pressure, poor fit
I really imagined that I was getting more for my money this time, With so many features on a 220 price point helmet and a CA sale price at 143 how could I go wrong. I actually picked this out at a local shop first as the only one I could find with the drop down sun shield that was not a modular type. At the shop the fit felt snug, not bad, good even. So after looking around I decided that the Bio Metal was subdued enough graphics aside it's just a gray color to justify the buy for this price. Anyway the face shield is excellent, crystal clear and the sun shield is mostly what I wanted it to be, I do like riding without my sunglasses on. However, their are times when it would be nice to have more sun protection but I cannot get my glasses on comfortably at all, it's just not an option, to bad. Excellent venting, I really feel the air flow, but it is a bit noisy, just a bit louder that my hjc cl-14, naturally I was hoping to get a quieter helmet with an upgrade. now that I've had it for a few weeks over all fit is Just OK, pressure at the forehead is just tolerable, inflatable cheek pads are not as useful as one might imagine and my chin feel strangely exposed. Once again I got what I paid for and will make due for now, however had I paid full retail of 220, I'd be more disappointed and would likely return it and spend more for more.
