A.R.O.S (Anti-Roll-Off-System)
The Anti-Roll-Off-System especially developed by SCHUBERTH is provided as a safety feature in every SCHUBERTH motorcyle helmet. It ensures that provided the chinstrap is closed and correctly adjusted:
the helmet cannot pivot off the head from behind
the risk of contact between the chin section of the helmet and the chin or neck of the rider is minimized due to small angle of tilt

Cons: Visor closes at higher speeds
Purchasd to Replace older Shoie. I drove from Boston to Cincinatti last summer when it was a over 90 degrees. The only issue I have with the helmet is that at higher speeds it is designed to close the visor based on the wind pressure. If you like to ride with the eye protection and have the visor open, it is something you need to consider. It happens at over 60 MPH, and I have a large windscreen on a 04 BMW R1150RT.

Purchased this helmet recently to replace a Arai XD. Just returned from my first multi-day trip with my new C3. This helmet performed exceptionally well with no issues at all. We traveled for two of the days with periodic severe thunderstorms. The weather would go from 90 degree direct sun to 76 degree thunderstorms in a matter of minutes. I extremely pleased to experience no fog or leak issues at all. The retractable sun visor feature worked flawlessly and the lens sealed off well. The C3 seals off completely around your neck, so it feels a little different than most helmets. I would definitely recommend this helmet to anyone, but you need to try it on to make sure it is comfortable. The size runs a little small. I normally wear a XLXXL depending on the manufacturer. It took a XXL in the Schuberth.Sure, this helmet seems a little expensive, but what's your head worth I will not even list the price as a con due to the quality construction mixed with the convenience features of the helmet. If you have an opportunity, plan to stop by Competition Accessories in Rock Hill SC and try one on. You will see for yourself what makes this helmet worth the money. The staff is great and will help you find the right model for your riding style. Ride safe

I recently bought a Schuberth C3 helment from your company in SC. After trying both the C3 and the C3W, I was surprised to find that the C3 fit MUCH better and was MUCH more comfortable than the C3W. I am writing this hoping that women customers will be encouraged to try both before making a decision or maybe not buying one because they aren't quite happy with the fit and comfort of the C3W This is my second Schuberth helmet and I feel it is certainly worth the price. I am so happy it is back in the US.

Best helmet I've ever owned in all categories: fit, style, aerodynamics, noise level, light weight, features lens mechanism/use and movement, venting. Did I leave out anything Downside is the cost BUT after you get a Schuberth you'll find yourself wondering why other helmet makers can't seem to get it right. Only downside is that the helmet clasp will take some adjustment as well as the related padding and various other parts - this helmet is made to fit the rider and you must take the time to get it right. Every feature is easy to use with or without gloves. The pinlock lens will never fog - I've only seen this feature on vehicles I drove in Alaska where you have to protect your glass or it ices up in the cold. If I ever need another helmet I'll buy another Schubert.
