I really like these boots but can only wear them on local rides when I can normally avoid the rain. Longer trips will almost guarantee a rain storm somewhere along the road so these boots must stay home - doesn't make sense to pack two pair of boots with limited luggage space. Why does anyone make a motorcycle boot that is not waterproof
