Pros: Well made but that's about it.
Cons: Poorly designed.
My fiancee wears a size 6. Since these are supposed to be over pants, I ordered a size 8 just to be safe. She has a total hip measurement of 40. The waist on these is about 28- 12 too small even for a small lady to get on. The pants are so poorly designed that even with her 32 waist and 40 hips, they cannot be pulled on even when only in underwear If the rain frontage piece were not there they might work. I'd have to order a 16 for her just to get them on She couldn't even pull the waist in far enough to get them zipped up. A joke. Don't buy them.

Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your seat while standing
Sleeve: Measure from the center of the back of the neck along the shoulder and down the outside of the arm. Jacket sleeves are made with slightly longer sleeve, no do not add any extra to your measurement.
Thigh: Measure around the biggest part of your thigh.
