Pros: Pockets, pockets, pockets
Cons: Failure of seams.
The pockets are great, especially the cargo pockets. Weak points, I have 2 pairs and the seams have failed on both pairs. One pair leaks like a sieve and is NOT waterproof the other pair is just as advertised WATERPROOF. The buckles tend to go from verticle to horizontal. This could be corrected by a bar tack stitch close to the buckle that would prevent the buckle from rotating in the loop it is sewn into. The liner is nice and warm, works great. Length is great, they don't ride up over the boot top while riding.

Sleeve: Measure from the center of the back of the neck along the shoulder and down the outside of the arm. Jacket sleeves are made with slightly longer sleeve, no do not add any extra to your measurement.
