I really like the fit of the gloves. They are comfortable and they do not create undue pressure when on the grips. I used them in low 30s weather and my hands, especially fingers, stayed warm. Unfortunately, I have not used them in colder or wet weather yet, so I can't comment on that. The only caution I have is to watch the size you buy. I normally wear a large, but tried on some waterproof gloves locally. Some large fit and some XL fit. I decied to go with the XL and they fit perfectly. I am a fan of River Road rain gear after riding dry in 42 days of rain out of 47 on a trip to Alaska. I expect the gloves will be the same quality.

Sleeve: Measure from the center of the back of the neck along the shoulder and down the outside of the arm. Jacket sleeves are made with slightly longer sleeve, no do not add any extra to your measurement.
Thigh: Measure around the biggest part of your thigh.
