Pros: All of this product is great.........
Cons: None
This is my 4 Bluetooth system, by far the best in the market, the fact is ,this is a really integrated system that fits exactly the Nolan n104 no cables loose around like the German brand Bluetooth system, great features and fantastic sound, highly recommended, I have read some complains about installation, come on..... I took 15 minutes to complete the full system installation if the manual is not so clear try you tube there are several videos which show you how to do it,you are getting tech then use the tech and the life will be easier, thank you.

Pros: Installation, use, and function
Cons: Installation directions
This is my first bike bluetooth system and I will never go back. I had a Nolan helmet with cable hook up to my wing. As I expected the performance is improved probably because of 5 years tech improvement advances. The installation was a piece of cake once I figured out how to remove the nolan helmet molding without breaking anything. The instructions could have been more helpful in that respect. After that I is clear the ncom was made for this helmet. It works great, I use the radio function commuting and bluetooth to my phone to receive calls. Most people who call me cannot even tell on a bike traveling down the highway. Sound is good, I was hoping for better. But then again, my wife has been on me about getting a hearing aid. Great product.

Pros: Designed to fit in the helmet. Controls are easy to use with gloves.
Cons: Battery doesn't last long, Speakers distort at high volume, somewhat tricky to install, system not intuitive.
Overall, this really isn't a bad system. It fits in the helmet quite nicely, and looks factory. The FM radio receiver is a nice feature, though I rarely use it. The controls are easy to manipulate with gloves on, much nicer than the UClear 100 I have on my other helmet. On the down side, it can be a bit tricky to install. The instructions aren't really that clear on this. Somehow, I ended up snapping off one half of the FM antenna while installing it. I can still pick up FM signals though, but I'm sure I've lost a bit of the radio's sensitivity. If you travel and have this system, make sure you bring the charger The battery life is not that long. I commute to school 75 mi RT and it seems to be good for about 3 trips. Also, there is no loss of signal shutdown on this system. My UClear will shut itself off after 15 mins without any signals to it. Pairing it up with a bluetooth device wasn't too problematic. I was able to pair it with my iPhone pretty quickly. I did have a problem initially, but the instructions were clear on re-pairing it. Works very well over bluetooth. I can stream musicgps directions nicely. I haven't tried makingreceiving calls on it yet, but I don't think I'll have any problems. The only other complaints I have are the controls and the speakers. It took me at least two days to get used to the system's menu. The instructions are not really clear the first time, but if you play with it a time or two you get the hang of it. Since I ride with earplugs, I have the volume all the way up. Unfortunately, that will give you some distortion at the top end. Bass seems just fine though. If these speakers went to 11, it would be a much better system. Am I happy with it Yes. Would I purchase it again Most likely yes. I like the fact that I don't have some big honking control unit hanging off one side of my helmet. I can put up with the less than stellar sound quality because I really wanted to hear GPS directions. Music and phone calls were always a secondary concern. Of course, your mileage may vary.....
