Simply hold the throttle at desired location and roll your little finger back to hold your throttle in position

Harley Davidson: All Models with 1" or 7/8" handlebars with hollow bar ends & OEM or Kuryakyn ISO-& Transformer style grips (except 08-09 Touring Models with electronic throttle, heated grips or air reservoirs in handlebars) OEM Grips & all ISO® Grips &ISO® Flame Grips with 7/8" or 1" handlebars
NOTE: Proper installation may require cutting or drilling a 5/8" hole in the end of the OEM grips. Proper installation requires 7/8" or 1" handlebars that have open ends.
