Pros: These pads are great, very conforming, very comfortable, very safe.
Cons: None what so ever.....
These pads are simply the best pads available. They bend very well and conform to the shape of your body yet offer amazing durability and safety. The D30 padding is unequaled in performance. Check out the D30 manufactures website for more information. You will buy these pads once you see what I am talking about. They quickly harden up like steel when an impact occurs yet go back to being very bendable when unstressed.

Pants look and feel great. Order your exact size as these run large compared to standard pants. My biggest gripe is the knee armor pads do not fit properly and during the first ride ended up nearly sideways and off my knee. I immediately replaced with knee pads similar to the knox and they fit much better.
