The Sonic R motorcycle boots are breathable so your feet will stay comfy. Sonic R boots bring you unsurpassed all season protection and comfort in a resistant all leather chassis. They have even thrown in a few race inspired features like an integrated toe slider, internal reinforcements, and a low profile toe-box for when the conditions get extreme.

This is a good basic boot. No special features, not very stiff. The fit is true to sizing. I have not tried it in the rain yet. It is exactly as represented in the online videos.The ordering process was simple and delivery was prompt. Overall very happy so far.

Great boots

I have had these boots for about 1 season. I wear them on any longer ride. The price was great and they are solid, comfortable, and protective. No signs of wear other than as soon as i got them one of the rubber parts that is put on the zipper to make it easier to use broke off, it is still operational just a little harder to pull the zipper.I also feel like Joe rocket disregarded any need for the boot to flex at the ankle when brakingshifting. when your ankle pivots the boot just sort of folds up on the sides. Not a huge problem but could have been improved on a little.If you want safety at a good value i recommend these over sneakers 100

Got these a little less than a year ago to replace an pair in an earlier style. Loved the fit and comfort, but from the start the zipper on the left boot would jam. It appeared that the leather was irregularly cut and would get caught in the zipper. Today it split below the closer and will not re-seal so these boots are now history. Will not replace with a Joe Rocket product.Never had a problem with waterproofing, though and I went thru some mighty storms.

I bought a pair of these to wear to Alaska. Big mistake Zippers very difficult to pull. I gave up on the right boot after 5 days. The biggest problem is that they are in no way waterproof. Every time it rained my feet got wet. Any claim that they are waterproof is totally false I will never buy Joe Rocket boots again. I would not recommend these to anyone.
