I think you need a size larger than you would ordinarily get, especially if you plan to wear it over your regular jacket. I do wish it had side pockets. The side strap adjusters are difficult to work with but once done, its done Overall, Im very happy and feel safer at night...that Im going to be seen.

Visibility and defensive driving are how you stay alive on a motorcycle in a driving environment like DC. This unit makes your very visible. I have noticed a major reduction in the number of people who just come into my lane not noticing or caring that I am there. The elastic straps with Velcro attachments on the sides allow for fitting over leather jackets, rain gear or T-shirts. The one thing they could fix is the ID pocket on the left breast. The pocket is deeper than the plastic cover so the ID sits low and you have to pull it out for the guard to see it, but it is still quicker and easier than having to dig it out from under your jacket.

Have fun be careful and be seen This is a great product and you can be seen big time. I got hit by a car a 1978 duster in my younger days and with gods luck all I got was bloody arms and really sore. I ask the guy who hit me and he said I didn't even see you but he looked at me twice and still pulled out in front of me. I also got the spine pad to go in this all great products.
