Incredibly comfortable and easy to put on and buckle. CompAcc didn't have them in stock when I ordered them, but still had them delivered in 2 days with free shipping. Can't beat that! Comfy for walking around Daytona. A little bulky but surprisingly light. I haven't had the opportunity to test how waterproof they are, but I anticipate they'll be good in all but a "frog choker".
three stars - tghgmc AA

Pros: durable, waterproof, nice look, Stout sole.
Cons: SMALL, tight at the instep, can't fully close the gusset seem on the medial side of boot.
These are well built boots and, true to advertised, are waterproof. The build quality is very good and the look is current. Out of the box these boots are STIFF with poor mobility but loosen eventually. Part of the problem with stiffness comes from sizing. Icon boots run small I have previously owned the Icon Tarmac also small, the Tour Master Solution WP true to size, TCX Air Tech GorTex true to size and the Sidi Canyon GorTex true to size. The Patrols rate in the 3 star range compared to some of these, especially against the Sidi's. Other than being small and stiff there is a gap in the medial side gusset waterproof built in sock even when fully closed and buckled down the outer leather will not meet. The length of the shoe is perfect for my feet it is the size at the instep that is the problem. I have the buckle straps loosened to the very last indent and they are still will not close. Getting a larger pair would make the shoe too long. Keep in mind that the lack of full closure does not affect waterproofing as the gusset is made for just this sort of exposure but it does detract from the look of the boot. I have never had a similar problem with any of the other boots I have owned. The soles are stout and stiff allowing extended time standing on the pegs in full comfort. The toe box is appropriately sized and allows for good mobility and quick shifting. Breathability is poor and really not suitable for summer riding in most of the lower 48 if you desire more or less dry feet. If not for the issues with fit I would rate these at four stars to me five stars is a flawless product with excellent durability. As I have never experienced similar fit problems in my size rage previously with other manufacturers and did have a similar problem with the Icon Tarmacs, I believe the designed is the issue and a 3 star rating is accurate.
Failure with concealed laces - Brett

Pros: Everything but the lacing loops
Cons: Cloth lacing loops tear out
These are destined for the landfill. They have concealed laces, which are awkward to stow comfortably, and they use cloth loops which tear easily instead of eyelets. There is a shorter boot, similar style with exposed laces, that boot is great
