The glove has a nice fit and look. I prefer the 'taller' gloves as to fit over the cuff of the jacket, so these are awesome. There is not a whole lot of protection around the top of the hand or between knuckles, but it would be difficult to do so and maintain ventilation. My only real complaint about the gloves is there appears to be chafing on the inner wrist from rubbing the velcro wrist closure. I am hoping it won't become an issue. Overall I like the gloves.

On extremely hot days this glove will make your hand sweat a little, but I didn't notice that until I took my gloves off and then put them back on a few minutes later as I realized they were damp. On 85 degree days, as long as you're moving, you'll forget you're wearing them.It's tough to make a summer glove that still offers good protection. There needs to be enough mesh for air to flow, and enough leather and armor to protect your hand. But that doesn't mean I still wish it was cooler.
