I ordered and received this product and was very impressed with everything until I read that I'd have to cut into the molding on my scoot, something I didn't want to do. Givi indicated that it was custom-fitted to the machine and I thought that meant bolt-on but Givi clearly meant that, after you get through cutting three holes in the molding, everything will fit. Since I was unwilling to destroy the finish on my scoot, I returned the product and Competition Accessories refunded my purchase price. So, even though I never installed it, my experience with both the product and Competition Accessories was excellent.

I am a commuter and use my bike about 10 months out of the year in Idaho. Had been using a Rigg Roll Bag and finally wore it out. Wanted something I could carry all my gear in and leave it on the bike. The E370 has been perfect. I can carry all of my rain gearcold weather gear plus extra gloves and other incidentals. I ride a Kawasaki Vulcan Custom 900 and the box fits perfectly on the bike not too small not too big. I can now store all of my gear on the bike instead of lugging it into the office. I really like this box and highly recommend it if you are a commuter like me an just want something to carry the necessities ...... if you want something for extended travel this might not work for you, but for an overnighter or for commuting I don't see how you could go wrong with the E370

I've only had this case on my bike for about a month, but so far I am very pleased with it. It was very easy to install on my rack. It doesn't rattle at all. The locking mechanism is easy to operate. I also like that this particular case is very expandable. While I do not have them at this point, I am considering adding a backrest and a light kit. There are several light kits available for this specific case, which played a huge role in my decision to buy one.The only reason I gave the case four stars instead of five is that the weight limit appears to be quite low only 13 lbs. However, this may be more a function of my rack than the case, and I usually put heavier items in my forward storage areas for good weight loading anyway.
