First time I ordered the Givi replacement for my 2012 Burgman Executive, I called for guidance and was given the wrong item number. Apparently, there are separate products for the Burgman and the Burgman Executive. When the problem was discovered, even though I'd tried to install the wrong one, Competition Accessories made it all right and sent me the correct replacement, which fit perfectly and is a great help when I'm rolling off 500-mile days, as I often do. So I'm very happy with both Competition Accessories and Givi given this experience with them both. Kudos
