They are very comfortable and they don't move around while riding. They provide maximum protectionFor all riding types and the one time strap adjustments ensure that you have the same comfortable fit every time you put them on. And although there not made to be they work like knee braces. All around a great buy very good quality for the price. I use them for street riding and recommend them for any riding type.
