Cons: Velcro straps and inside knee fabric can be scratchy
I bought these to wear under slidersavgsport Kevlar for my daily commute. They are fairly easy to slide on under pants and touring boots slight overlap but not a problem for comfort or fit. Velcro straps can be binding and scratchy if not adjusted just right. I wore these around the house right out of the box and discovered that something on the inside fabric of both knees was rubbing my knees raw. I resolved that by putting some Dr. Scholl's mole skins on the inside of the knee. I have not yet worn them in hot weather riding.
