Initially I thought I was going to have to return this item because I couldn't get it to work. There is almost no documentation with the unit. I finally discovered that the remote will not work if you are too close to the iPod less than 12 inches or so. The overall quality is decent but the bracket that is included is not designed to mount the unit to a motorcycle. I'd still recommend this product as it performs the functions I needed - play/stop, skip tracks and volume control.
