Pros: Comes in many sizes to fine-tune for your head size.

As my Bell Vortex gets a lot of use I ride pretty much every day, it only took about 8 months for the fit to loosen up enough that the face-shield got pushed into my face at freeway speeds. New cheek pads solved this problem, and since they come in various sizes, I was able to get a set one size larger than stock for an even tighter fit. Great stuff. At 20 a set you can't beat it. Another 20 for a new top pad and I basically have a new helmet.
