Outstanding brain bucket - Nate B. CA
Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: Light weight, great airflow, aggressive design.
Cons: Rock guard kind of chinsy and comes loose easily
My dad always had bell helmets but I could never afford a good one until this one went on sale. I should have gotten one long ago. The frame is very light, and doesn't create pressure points on your head like the cheaper helmets do. Even at slow speeds I can feel the air circulating through flawlessly. I wasn't too excited about the color but it does have some metal flake and the pinstriping is sharp and bright. The magnetic cheek pads and chin strap end are a great upgrade. Most times I forget to secure the end of the chin strap but the little tab always finds it's mate within a few miles. Plus it's a MOTO9. Enough said. You will not regret buying one.

Pros: fit finish ventilation helmet bag price
Cons: weight crown padding
Nice helmet with good features. Sizing is what I expected Would have liked additional padding on crown of helmet and maybe for it to weight a few ounces less. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend this helmet. Best deal I could find on this helmet
Best Deal - Ken CA

Pros: Price and shipping time
Cons: None
I checked this helmet out at Chaparrel and liked it. They wanted like 300 for it. This seemed like a good deal since the list price was 475. However it was last years model. I know they do price matching so I went online with my iPhone. I found the helmet here at CA for 199. Chaparrel would not match because they called it a close out. So I said see ya. I checked around and CA had the best price online. So I ordered it. No tax, best price, and they shipped right away. What else can you ask for. The helmet was delivered in perfect shape.

I went a size up from the chart and got a large, and I'm glad I did.Since this was a close out helmet - I got it for a GREAT Price...Thanks Competition Accessories Prices like this will get bringing customers back
Bell Moto 9 - tacobul FL
Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: Excellent quality, lightweight, looks great, useful features
Cons: Would have preferred option to get 30mm or 35mm cheek pads
I would buy another one. One nit to pick, it doesn't come with the extra visor as mentioned on the box. That's no huge deal, I was just surprised. Hopefully I will never know how well it works in a crash.
Bell moto-9 is excellent for Dual Sport use - Calvin J

Pros: Light and dafe
Cons: [None]
Do yourself a favor get this helmet and a good pair of goggles. You will thank me laterThe Bell Moto 9 is the only helmet the serious dual sport rider should consider if they are going to ride off road at any time during their trip. Even in cold weather with face protection you will be warm. Rain Well You might get a little wet. But thats going to happen on a DS helmet too.It is super light, fits like a street helmet, and doesn't pull the visor in the wind on the freeway. And once you leave the road you see why its the right choice light, super airflow, huge amounts of peripheral vision and isn't a sloppy fit.

Pros: The best helmet for the money.
Cons: [None]
Sure you can buy some cheap lid and knock yourself out on your next get off. Or get this bad boy. I got clipped mid air last weekend and landed pretty badly. Luckily my brain is not mush and I will be racing again soon. Just ordered a new helmet today. Thanks CA for the killer deals and excellent service.
Nice China Helmet but Runs Small - oldtimr UT
Recommended by Reviewer: Yes
Pros: Safety, Materials, Build
Cons: Runs Small
I have a more oval shaped head and read lots of reviews saying that Bell's run a little on the oval side so I decided to get this helmet. My head measures 23.5 and according to the Bell sizing chart I was on the low side of a medium. The medium is way small in the top and the cheeks. It comes with 45mm cheek pads when I probably needed 35mm. The top size is at least 12 size off maybe a full size off. CA didn't have a large to try so I don't really know. The pearl color is neat as it is has lots of sparkles. The color itself is more of a beigeoff whiteivory look. Like most helmets these days it is made in China. It is also a bit heavier than other carbon type helmets but not enough to be noticeable. Also on the weight It is snell 2010 which the other lighter carbon helmets are not. Shell, inner materials are top notch.
