I bought these about 2 months ago in anticipation of getting my bike at the beginning of riding season. The weather broke today, I bought a bike, and got out to get some easy miles in. The soles on these shoes are thin in the forefoot so that you can easily pick your feet up and get them on the pegs and have good feel. They're comfortable to wear all day both on and off the bike as long as walking is all you're going to do off the bike, and even though the soles appear to be smooth, they have tremendous grip I didn't slip off the pegs once and had good traction when I had to put my feet down at stops. The quality is great, the sizing is fine I have a wide size 13 foot, and despite the extra long laces good thing there's an ankle strap to hold them, they're easy to slip on and off. I would definitely buy them again

These are exactly what I've been looking for - a performance shoe instead of a boot. A lightweight, flexible alternative that allows fast accurate shifts and easy rear braking. Comfortable, waterproof, good ankle protection, great looking.
These size small so order a half size larger. Because they're laced they can accommodate wider feet like mine.
Only downsides are the smooth sole and the fact that you need a few extra minutes to climb in and out of them. Love 'em.
