Alpinestars CR4 Gore Tex Boots are hiking style boots with a street boot feel. Casual enough to be every day riding boots, the Alpinestars CR4 GoreTex Boots have waterproofing, and serious safety features to protect you from the urban jungle.

Upper constructed from a combination of PU coated leather, suede and textile

Breathable mesh lining on the collar and tongue

Waterproof and highly breathable GORE-TEX® XCR® membrane

Foam backed, double density impact protector on the both sides of the ankle

Internal toe and heel counter are layered under the leather

PU coated leather shift area

Reflective inserts on the rear of the boot

Hiking boot style lace system with metal eyelets and top hooks

Wrap-around rubber outsole reinforced with metal shank in the heel and a TPU shank in the Plantar Arch for enhanced rigidity

Shock absorbing EVA midsole

Mesh lined, anatomically profiled EVA foam footbed

Colors are Black, Silver/Anthracite (Gray), or Anthracite (Gray)/Red

Pros: Nice boots

Cons: Color wrong

I tried the boots on and they are nice the rubber sole looks like it would stick well, but I haven't tested them out on the bike yet. The pictures show four colors and list three as available. The red looks nice on the picture and got that as my favorite color and match my gloves and helmet. When I got them they are orange not red. I thought the orange boots shown in some pictures were a discontinued model since the red looks red in other pictures. Send them back or wear them The black ones would match my motorcycle jacket and pants if they are really black... My fashion model teenage daughter thinks they are great, but for 200 I want the right color. Maybe I need to buy a Harley so the orange looks appropriate.
