I had to return an XL for a 2 xl, they run small in the waist, fine in the chest. The return procedure and service was 1st class.The XL fits fine. With the left hand zipper I suspect these are women's sizes.

Nice jacket for the money..As stated in other reviews, the sizes are not correct...My XL is way to small at zipper front bottom and very hard to work..Sleeves are too long for the jacket and tight..Back protector is too hot for me and I took it out..Time will tell but the Joe Rocket fits much better and I should have spent the extra money and got it...Really only bought this one for the color......

OK for the price. The too tight fit was an issue. I'll get to see how good the return service is. I wear leather almost all the time, I think this jacket will be fine on those few hot days and give me a little more protection than a tee shirt alone.
Decent for the price
I was looking for a hi-viz, 3-season jacket to break up my existing silver helmet/bike/jacket combo. I ordered a Medium and it fits my 39" chest/32" sleeve/15.75" neck fairly well.
Pros: The hi-viz yellow definitely catches cagers' eyes; the collar is nicely finished; the lower back panel covers the kidneys; the zippers are YKK; flows air well.
Cons: The zippered/snap sleeve ends are a little snug; the main zipper pull is on the left side not a prob for me because I'm a lefty; overall stitching is a bit iffy, time will tell if it holds up; mesh material not as nice as my v1.0 Joe Rocket Mesh. There's no zipper on the back of the jacket, nor is one supplied, so you can't zip it to your riding pants

I ordered this jacket in a large and it was way too small. I usually wear large shirts and a large in other jackets so I figured a large would be ok, as I did not want too much flapping in the 100mph breeze. I sent it back for an XL and now this XL is way tight at the bottom where you connect the zipper and the zipper is on the left. The large did not have the zipper issue - it was on the right like a man's jacket and it was not tight to fasten it. I think the left hand zipper jackets are for women but they just send them out to anyone who ordrs a particular size. There is no reason for this XL to be tighter at the bottom than the Large and it does not make sense that the large had the zipper on the right and this XL is on the left. I will call them to return
AGV SPORT Clothing MeasurementsChest/Bust:Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest.
Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
Waist: Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.
Hips: Place the measuring tape around the body at the fullest part of the lower hip, feet together.
Sleeve: With your arm fully extended, measure from the center back of neck at spine to the wrist bone.
Inseam: Without shoes measure on inside of leg, from crotch to the floor.
Proper sizing for AGV Sport Suits can be found using these measurements, with the exception of the Laguna. It is a race tight fit, and is smaller than the measurements in this table.
