I've been riding a lot of years, and worn a lot of helmets. This is, hands down, the best I've ever owned. The ventilation actually works, so well that below about 60 degrees I have to close the ports so my head won't freeze. The ventilation makes it fog resistant though not fog-free, so a sudden unexpected rainstorm won't send you scurrying for cover. It does have wind noise I'm a daily commuter, 50 miles each way, but paying attention to how the helmet is tipped really does help. Me, I use ear plugs. Even with that note, this is one of the quietest helmets available. I lent this to a friend and wore my old Quantum, and just about went deaf and don't get me started on the difference in ventilation. It's comfortable, and won't tear your head off if you turn at higher speeds. All in all, this helmet is highly recommended, and a sale price just makes it that much better. I sport the Tommy-Gun graphics, which send a not-so-subtle "don't mess with me" vibe to the cagers though my boss still believes the tommy guns are blow dryers -- really!. You owe yourself this helmet. Go buy!
