Actually this thing is awesome! Mike should try turning it up!!!
you can actually control the volume from the amplifier and your iPod. I simply max out the volume on the amp and then control it from my iPod.
I have a steel tank so the magnets work just fine, but i did try it with the straps and had no issues. The Buell might be different.
as far as size goes, it's perfect for running around town. it's got enough space for all the stuff i need....if i need to carry more stuff, i'll grab my big tankbag.
it's got a pretty low profile too. i can tuck in pretty tight still without interference from the bag.
I really dig this thing. It's about time someone came up with this! way to go Sportech!

First off I have a Buell 1125R, and even though it says it has straps to attach to plastic tanks, it's EXTREMELY difficult to accomplish this. You practically have to remove the airbox cover everytime, which is a major pain. I'm 5'7, and to ride with this attached, it's so large, it's jamming into my chest. Lastly, it's quiet. VERY quiet. I have stock pipes and no mods to my engine, yet with a full face helmet on and it at full volume, I could barely hear it leaving my neighborhood where there's a 20 MPH speed limit!. At 35 MPH, it's practically inaudible. Luckily, there was a great return policy, but I did lose my shipping and handling fee. I wish I had read a review like this before I wasted my money!
