Quoted Shipping Times and Possible Delays:
Lets face it. We want you to be happy. So, we will do our best to ship your order fast so it arrives when you need it. 95% of our packages will be delivered early or on time. Please keep in mind, delivery dates are estimates. Your package will most likely be there early, but sometimes it may also take a day or so longer. If you need your gear by a drop dead date. Please give yourself a cushion for the unexpected and contact customer service. We will do everything we can to help you!!
Please keep in mind. In today's enviroment, mother nature has the upper hand. There can and will sometimes be delays from weather or other problems outside our control. These delays do not happen all the time, but exceptions such as severe weather, accidents, broken truck, "acts of god", or other reasons may cause one of our shipping carriers (USPS or FedEX) to delay a shipment. Even though the shipper will not refund us for these shipping charges. If your package is delayed by more than a couple days, you may be eligible for a partial credit or a gift card for a future order. Sorry but shipping charges are non-refundable...
Shipping Times and Estimated Ship Date
In most cases in stock orders placed on a week day, before 1pm EST will be processed the same business day. if all items show ( In Stock ) it should ship that same day. If any items do not show ( In Stock ) then the estimated ( ship ) date will be shown.
In most cases we will not split ship an order for the 1st 7 days, unless a customer requests the order split shipped. Example if any product shows ( Ships in 1-3 Business Days ) = this means the complete order will usually ship in about 1-3 business days. So in this case the estimated total time will be between 2 and 7 business days depending on your location and the location of the product. ( 1-3 business days for the product to arrive + ground time in transit of about 1-4 days )
Back Ordered Call for Availability as a status in the cart, means the item is either on back order or possibly no longer available. If an item you order ends up being on back order, we will send you periodic email updates with the new estimated delivery date. You can switch to another item or cancel the item/order at any time prior to shipment. If the item is discontinued, we will contact you as soon as we find out. When possible we will be able to offer alternates at discounted prices or we will remove that item from the order.
Usually Ships in 7-10 Days means the item comes from a vendor that does not offer an automatic stock check. It is worth noting that most of these products are available and end up arriving and shipping before the stated time. Unfortunately, we can only assume that the product is available and will be shipped in the 7-10 day time frame. We ship using Fedex, Priority Mail or Fedex Smart Post.
First time orders with a Different Billing and Shipping address may be delayed while we verify your information.
In the event of a price error we are under no obligation to sell the item(s) at the incorrect price. If there is an error we will contact the customer and work out a good deal, but we will not loose money on these occassional errors.
Orders shipped outside the contiguous US, APO/FPO and some UPS Rural deliveries along with tires, exhausts, fenders and other oversized/heavy items may incur additional shipping charges. See the Policies page for exact details. If your order requires additional shipping we will contact you for approval before shipping the items.
