The Fine Print: Comp-A® Cash Rewards are calculated based on a percentage of the selling price of the items. The Comp-A® Cash Rewards are not earned till the items are shippped. Comp-A® Cash Rewards will be reduced if you return an item and earned when a new one ships. The points shown online are an estimate based on the price the item is listed for. If you use a coupon or get a price reduction, the Comp-A® Cash Rewards earned will be less. The balance of Comp-A® Cash Rewards shown online is an estimate based on your current shipped orders. If you have new orders pending shipment or returns coming back, the actual amount will vary from the amount shown online. Your order will reflect the actual balance of Comp-A® Cash Rewards at the time the order is placed. Comp-A® Cash Rewards earned after an order is placed, but before it ships will not be applied. Only Comp-A® Cash Rewards that are earned at the time of the order being submitted are applied. If you preorder an exchange and your Comp-A® Cash Rewards are accidentally applied to the exchange, we will reduce the refund by the Comp-A® Cash used, then add back your Comp-A® Cash Rewards to your customer account.
